Morning party     10h00 - 13h00; set-up from 09h30 and vacate by 13h30

Afternoon party   14h00 - 17h00; set-up from 13h30 and vacate by 17h30

Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking

                                   

GUESTS: Covid-19 regulations allow a maximum of 50 people; No more than 45 guests are allowed at the venue

Tables for adults and children; chairs for adults and children; fridge/freezer, microwave, hot-tray, urn, tubs for drinks/ice, box for gifts, cleaning staff

Crockery and cutlery

Coffee cups, tea cups and saucers, cake plates, cake forks, teaspoons, knives and forks, cake lifters, plastic bowls, serving dishes, glasses for adults and plastic plates and cups for the children

 

Refreshments

Catering tables with white tablecloths, tea - five roses and rooibos, coffee - Nescafe classic, milk - full cream, sugar - brown, white and sweetener, Oros juice in jugs, water jugs
